Say Yes to the Dress!

Spring season is coming very soon; which means that wedding season is getting closer too. Finding a wonderful man is hard, but sometimes searching for the perfect wedding dress for the big day is even harder.  Are you or any of your friends are searching for "the perfect one"?  Would you consider these stunning wedding dresses I found from the Internet?

What style of bride you are?
 A. a wild and romantic style?  (or should I say it in French, romantique)

Or B. a dreamy and classy style?
Or C. a laid back and modern bride?

The last but not the least, or
D. Sexy and like to show off the body you have been working on so hard for the past year?

No matter what type of bride you are.  Please remember to relax, have fun and enjoy the whole process of finding your perfect dress.

French + Chocolate + Fashion = Salon Du Chocolat 2011

French + Chocolate + Fashion = Salon Du Chocolat 2011 in Paris.  You don't know how much chocolates could do until you see these amazing dresses.  All the fashion pieces look amazing and yummy, check out these pictures.  There is a little embrassing moment on the stage during the fashion show - French TV presenter, Karine Ferri presented her chocolat dress on stage, and all of a sudden, her dress was falling apart on the stage (probably due to the heat from the lights).  Good that she remained clam, professional and belle.

O No!

"Que devrais-je faire? (What should I do?)"
Stayed clam and belle

I love this painting!

You look so yummy=)

OMG!  Is this chocolate?!

A little Flamingo fashion infulence?!

What a big piece of chocolate on her head!

So sexy!

This is one not-so-conformtable outfit.

Cupcake Dress

You might see Katy Perry wore her cupcake dress on the stage; you might think that she is so cute and adorable.  Are you dare to wear a dress made with real cupcakes on your big day (either your wedding day or a BIG party)?!  I found these amazing dresses made with cupcakes from different sources on the internet.

Check it out, dolls:

I think this cupcake dress is gorgious.  It doesn't even look like a dress made with cupcakes,
it could pass as a real cocktail dress.

Recongonized this lady in the picture?!  Yes, she is one of the sisters from the hit show DC Cupcakes on TLC
(The real name of their store called, Georgetown Cupcakes, located in Washington DC).
The sisters were asked to created a life-sized couture wedding dress.

A cupcake dress, minimize the cake!  So element and classy!
Love it

Bridal Shower's Cupcakes

I made some cupcakes for a bridal shower party this weekend.  The theme colors of the shower are grey, deep purple, and rosy pink.  Normally, majority of couples would use the same colors on their invitation, and that would be a good source for the baker to mix the right colors for making the decoration.  I had a little challenge this time that I didn't have this source because the couple were having a very unique theme on their invitation and they didn't use any of these colors on it.  I just need to use a little imagination for mixing the colors based on what I have been told from my client.  They turned out lovely!  And I hope my client and her guests love them.

Tux and bridal dress cupcake toppers just for the bride.

The first name and last name of the groom to be starts with J,
and the first name of the bride also starts with J.  I made this monogram for them.

For the fondant, I also embrace some flower pattern on the fondant
to make them look more elegant and detail.

One dozen of our classic flavor cupcakes (this is our red velvet cupcakes with cream cheese frosting)
is only $20 dollars for the first time customers
(regular price is $25 for a dozen).
