I was craving for banana cupcakes earlier this week. After I got home, I decided to make myself a warm roasted banana cupcakes. For the frosting, at first, I wanted to make Nutella buttercream. But I changed my mind, I want something lighter to go with the cupcakes. I ended up making a honey buttercream frosting to go with my roasted banana cupcakes. YUM-MO!
